So where did you end up getting the hat after all? I was seeing them when I got in Scotland this summer but I didn’t get enough any net time to ask you if you wanted me to buy one…

Frandroid, I ended up going to The Hatter, on Avenue Rd, as per Remi’s advice. It’s an old-fashioned men’s hat store. Kind of cool actually.
