Hey! So, it’s been a while. This will be a roundup of sorts, I guess.
Must mention first off that I’m addicted to LibriVox.org, a website that posts downloadable audio books. It’s free and all the recordings are in the public domain. I’m working through Austen’s collection. Some of the voices are hilarious, like the woman who chose to read Mrs. Bennett’s lines in Pride and Prejudice entirely in falsetto.
Kiss Machine Presents was spotlighted at the Paradise Toronto Comicon this weekend as part of the Women of Comics symposium. It was fun to have so many comics ladies in one place and great to not have to sit behind a table the whole time (yay for Kiss Machine no longer being my sole responsibility!).
